RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of being a small business purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.  I ensure that all packages are wrapped up with great care.  Every item has a full description, so please read all information before making your purchase. However, if something has been damaged upon arrival please feel free to reach out with images of the damage and emailed to hello@bercotprovisions.com within 14 days of purchase.  In the event that we have come to an agreement of a return, you as the customer are responsible for return shipping costs and in a timely manner.  When the package has been returned then a store credit will be issued for future purchases at Bercot Provisions with no expiration date.  **All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged no expectations.
