What makes Bercot Provisions candles different?
Our candles are thoughtfully crafted using a unique blend of coconut wax and beeswax—two of the cleanest, most natural waxes available. Each candle features a wooden wick for a soft, cozy crackle and is designed with one-of-a-kind scents you won’t find anywhere else. Everything we create is meant to feel nostalgic, comforting, and truly special.
Are your candles non-toxic?
Yes. We prioritize high-quality, clean ingredients. Our wax blend is free from paraffin, soy, palm oil, and additives. We use carefully selected fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and paraben free. Our goal is to create a product you can feel good about burning in your home.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer:
- 8 oz candles (perfect for smaller spaces or trying new scents)
- 16 oz candles (ideal for larger rooms and long-lasting enjoyment)
- Wax melts (flameless option with strong scent throw)
- Discovery Set Collection (great way to discover more than one scent and great for gift giving.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies depending on size and care:
- 8 oz: approximately 45+ hours
- 16 oz: approximately 95+ hours
Proper wick trimming and burn habits will help you get the most out of your candle.
Why is my wooden wick not staying lit?
Wooden wicks can be a little different than traditional wicks. Make sure to:
- Trim the wick to about 1/8” before each burn
- Allow the wax to fully melt across the surface during the first burn. This is very important. Wooden wicks actually generally burn better than cotton wicks.
If it goes out, simply relight—it may take a couple tries at first.
Do you offer seasonal or limited edition scents?
Yes! Many of our scents are released as limited editions and are only available for a short time. Once they sell out, they won’t return until the next season—if at all.

Are your candles strong?
Our candles are designed to fill your space with a noticeable but not overwhelming scent. We focus on a balanced, inviting fragrance that enhances your home without being overpowering.
How should I care for my candle?
To get the best experience:
- Trim your wick before each burn. I personally pinch the excess wick off. The smaller the wick exposed the better. (Obviously do this when it is not hot).
- Burn for 2–4 hours at a time
- Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges to prevent tunneling
- Keep away from drafts
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of being a small business we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. We want you to love your candles and will do our best to make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few business days (1-3 days). Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. As a small business, we’re growing thoughtfully and hope to expand our shipping options in the near future.

Absolutely. Our candles make perfect gifts for any occasion. You can ship directly to the recipient and add a personal touch with your order.
